Unless otherwise designated herein, all sales are final. Please read description of product before purchasing and review design proof for custom products carefully. However, if your items get damaged in transit, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please see our Return Policy for information regarding returns.
Report Issue Immediately
We ask that you report your claim to email@example.com of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging.
We do not issue refunds but exchanges are available for:
- Damaged, Broken, or Dented products; or
- Wrong item delivered.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise covered under the Return Policy or the Refund Policy.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Custom-made products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a prepaid shipping label via email. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange for a new or different item. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process. If a replacement is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a refund. Please note: A refund will not be issued for items under our Non-Exchangeable or Refunds list.
