Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy with your items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, therefore please read description of a product before purchasing and review design proof for custom products carefully. However, if your items are damaged in transit, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, exchanges will no longer be accepted. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with original interior packaging intact. If your claim is accepted we will promptly make sure a replacement is sent out.
Report Issue Immediately
We ask that you report your claim to email@example.com of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging.
We do not issue refunds but exchanges are available for:
• Damaged, Broken, or Dented products
• Wrong item delivered
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise covered under this Return Policy or the Refund Policy.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return or exchange
• Custom-made products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return or exchange
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange an exchange.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a prepaid shipping label via email. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange for a new or different item. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process. We will notify you when your exchange has been shipped. If a replacement is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a refund. Please note: A refund will not be issued for items under our Un-Exchangeable or Exchanges list.
